PROGRAM RULES & REGULATIONS

Attendance is mandatory to receive the Certificate of Completion. One unexcused absence is allowed and one additional absence can be permitted for a valid reason. However, missed classes can be made up in the following cohort to obtain the Certificate of Completion.

Attendance by proxy is allowable. All proxies must be listed on the participant's application to the program.

In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must also submit their completed business plan to GUMA and SBDC.

Final class presentation of business plan, product, and/or service is required by all participants.

Completion of the Training & Mentoring (16-Week) Program does not guarantee GUMA Incubator Program and Grant Award. All GUMA Grants are subject to funding availability and Board approval.
GUMA requires all participants to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect the ideas of fellow participants.
Information submitted will be held in
strictest confidence. This program is funded through grants and partnerships with GUMA,
